Cheating is in the DNA of every man? Do the men sleep with dogs or bitches? They cheat with the same women. So in a sense, cheating is in the DNA of every woman too.People, wait till you get the man's side of the story. You will probably console home.

OBSERVATION IN THE STORY
This man left his job for the woman so she would keep her own job, leaving friends and, perhaps, seniority ranking behind, to start at the bottom at another firm.

Many women have the character of becoming dirty and dressing anyhow after marriage. Perhaps the man has now seen what was hidden under the wig.

Some Ghanaians and especially the females are quick to rush into marriages without doing their homework, just want to take someone's "father's name" and be "Mrs". There are no children in the two and half marriage and I'm sure there won't be a lot of properties arquired in the 2 1/2 marriage, what are you waiting for? He's not coming back and even if he comes back you will be more missable because you will spend the rest of your life together always checking on what, where, when and who he is with and to me my dear Efe it's not HEALTHY. Usually, men will not confidently cheat if you dont offer them the reason to. My honest advice is to recall all complains he made and evaluate them if you have complied to all. Do not frustrate your man and when I adapts to it, you turn to fix things.

After marriage, some ladies behave in ways that repel men. We may not realize it, but for a man who has made you his wife to make it obvious that he doesn't want you anymore, means there's a problem somewhere with us. Maybe there's something he craves that he doesn't get or something he doesn't like that we keep doing. Instead of wasting time crying and confronting his mistress, she should rather sit down and assess the marriage and herself, and if she thinks he's worth it, should try and save her marriage. If nothing she tries works, she should please bounce, because she will destroy herself.

I agree. Although I cannot think of a good enough reason for anybody to cheat on their spouse, some actions or inactions of the one may make the other feel entitled to it. And for a man, it may be particularly hard to keep expressing dissatisfaction. It could be that the woman cannot keep pace with the man's appetite for sex, or that he does not get enough respect from her. It could even be that she does not appreciate the 'little' things he does in providing for the family or in helping around the house. After marriage, the woman may be tempted to show less respect especially if she contributes significantly in running the home or she feels superior in any way to the man because of work or intellect. In the end, he feels taken for granted. I do not think the man just gets up one morning and decides he won't be coming home after work. I believe it takes a lot of contemplation and effort, though by the time the decision is made, it would seem like he does not care about the marriage anymore. It is unfortunate, but the success of marriage has become bleaker with feminism. But who am I to say?

I will advise her to first seek for separation and give the husband ample time to change. If it does not work out, then she can ask for divorce. As a divorcee I understand your pain and confusion. Living with/Being married to a man who you obviously still love who has fallen out of love with you must be unbearable to say the least. Fortunately you're a Christian. This is the time to get closer to God. As you're still in love with him and your life is in no danger I would not advice you to divorce him. Take solace from the fact that although he claims the other woman is better than you he hasn't served you with divorce papers yet. Go deeper into your relationship with God. Reconnect to the trinity in a way that being with a man would never allow you. The Bible says "the arm of flesh will fail you" and "cursed is He whose faith is in man". You made the mistake we all make when we fall in love by making a human being a kind of god in your life. It is time to develop an intimate relationship with the true God. Believe me God knows best and will help you heal and become a better person from this bitter experience. If your husband finally comes back to you which I know he will because he is now seeing the other woman as a type of god because he is in love but it will go away with time (That's nature) you can take him back if you still want him. If he begins a divorce process I would advice you not to fight him because "the temptation will come but woe to him by whom the temptation comes"Matthew 18:7. I have discovered that when people are in a relationship they often lose what they had that made them special and unique. Rediscover yourself and better yourself while he is with his mistress so that when he does come back (And this could be after he actually divorces you!),you would be too good for him!

1) Commit the whole saga to God to intervene. This you can do by praying and fasting and assistance from a man of God.Remember not every body who carries the bible or in a cassock is a man of God.
2)Don't complain to friends of your predicaments
3)Cut of any sexual relation with him
4) Live good and enjoy life and let your beauty comes out. You will look ugly if you bother yourself with this issue. There you will be defeated.
5)May sure you keep your home and environment clean.
6) May I ask, do you know how to cook. Most ladies of late lack this in life. That could be a good grounds for such behaviours.

About five years ago let his brother and mother know what is going on. He was mad for letting them know, that pushed him away from me even more. We're currently living abroad, and I don't know where he is living. We have four grown up kids back home, he didn't contribute to their high school and university .Two of them have already graduated and the baby last in level 200. It was really, really hard then for me but I did surrounder everything to God, and my dear Lord is trustworthy. He was serious man of God and there was sometime assistant pastor. I particularly don't like divorce but if he initiated, I will not beg him to stop.I'm at peace that surpassing all understanding by God's amazing grace.I will tell my dear sister tosurrounder all her worry to God and listen carefully to her instinct and fellow. May Almighty God who helped me and still do the same for her in Jesus' name I pray.

Sometimes we take things for granted once we are married as we think the deal has been done so there is no need to continue as before. My advice will be for you Nana Yaah to find a way of hearing from the man too. Every story has two sides or even more. When you hear his side it may be possible to identify factors that have made him go stay with another woman. Then you begin to help your client address them. Explore all avenues to reconcile them but if all fails Efe should seek divorce as a last resort on the grounds of the marriage having broken down beyond reconciliation. For all you know there could be a man out there who has gone through same with his wife and is also now looking for a new partner. When one door is closed another is open. But she should stay safe and not do anything stupid. Shooting them or killing herself is no solution. Should you need legal services in the (unlikely) event of divorce proceedings just revert. To me what I can say about this is to let the lady know that if she is really in love with this man and she insist to have this Man as her husband then the best way out is for her to live the house and go and be with her parents or rent apartment and be there ,and pray to God I bet your he will come back for you ,there is a saying that if the battle is getting header the victory is at hand, don't worry he is for you if you put my words into action,bet don't pick his call tell the time that he find you.

Just love him and submit to him as your husband, as you continue to pray. It may sound so simple, but the truth is that, that's the solution. Sometimes you may not "feel" to love or submit or respect him. Sometimes it may even seem that things are getting worse. But don't give up. Keep praying. Keep at it. Your testimonies are in your hands. Remember I said in my first comment that don't complain. Give thanks to The Lord, pray for your husband, show him love and submit to him as your husband. The result is that he will come back very soon. If you do these things I've shared with you, you will see results. He cannot "not come back." That's the reality. God bless you.

She has done the right thing by trying to save the marriage, but from the look of things this marriage will not work and so I will advice Efe to move on. She is even lucky that they have no child together so Efe's chances getting a good husband is still great. But as for the man, the new girl will show him "pepper" after Efe leaves, and he will regret but it will be too late for him.
