About his car theft he is trying to explain that it was stolen by well- prepared thieves but not an ordinary thief. If you read carefully you could notice that he needs job from any employer who can offer him a job. He is not asking for money from people as many others does, so one can see the seriousness about his plight.He simply needs encouragement and fair advice.
