She's a sad sack of humanity that has no idea of who she is, her self worth is measured in dollars. I can't fathom that anyone could possibly mount an argument that Kim isn't a sociopath or at least, a rampaging narcissist who's a brilliant representation of the sick world we live in. She's so fake and shallow that she's barely human. It's no surprise that many people are having a hard time feeling sorry for her. The whole family represents what's wrong with the world today.
