NKRUMAH never did contract sole sourcing which has been used to inflate project costs and share the loot later with contractor cronies... Even a whole president from the north plus northern sada full executive yet they embezzled sada funds like toffees and are still promoted by the wickedest President JOHNMAHAMA....
