  There is an urgent need to put a one way fly over from Shangrilla and drop it on the Tema Motorway after Game. This would take away all Accra bound vehicles from Tema from going round two circles and choking the already congested round about. The place is already a valley it would take about twelve pillars and an overlay similar to the one at the new Nkrumah Circle Interchange, and the traffic around Accra Mall will be reduced.
