The word of God tattooed on your body will do nothing to satisfy you. It is the word In your heart and living it out that matters.

I suggest he finds out what the Bible says concerning tattoos and marks on the body.

Surrender your life to Christ and you will find true satisfaction. The emptiness that you live in now is what causes you to add on more tattoos and you will continue to do so and still not find satisfaction.
