Nothing in the article says how the car was customized, except to say that Dennis Archipalago has his name on his license. Customization entails accessorizing the vehicle with aftermarket products improve the vehicle's performance or appearance. None of which is apparent with Archipalago's car. Don't they have any limitations on the letters that can be used to personalize plates?
