  Now back to my point on the arms of government. It was a republican dominated house that passed the bill, not a democratic house. then when it went to the supreme court, it was a conservative court dominated by republican appointees that decided, not Obama. GET YOUR IGNORANT SELF EDUCATED. You don't go about buying into the racist claims and start misinforming the public who spend no time reading.
  
  May be in your Ghana, the president can dictatorially pass a law, but Obama never did, and things don't work like that in America. Shallow minded nincompoops parading as journalists.
