Is tym gov't workers stop d laziness, lateness to work n work whole heartedly bcz dey r beind paid for deir job.The c'try is for us all. We huv t b productive not wait n take loans or foreigners t help us. Wher z d knowledge gained frm d tertiary institutions, let's implement them and educate the illiterates to do so. tnx

i do not have any problems about their English... but since they are there to directed people at least they should have known the meaning of the road sign..
