2. He was the first Chairman of the Ghana Committee on Human and People's Right.

3. He fought for the introduction of transparent polling boxes in 1997 after the groundbreaking ( Alliance For Change) in 1995.

4. He presented the Habeas Corpus and the others involving confiscated assets of AFRC/PNDC regime before the three murdered Supreme Court Judges ( Cecilia Koranteng Addow, Poku Sarkodie and K. Agyapong) on June 30, 1982.

5. Because of his courage and bravery, he denounced violent by the PNDC secretary for labor Ebo Tawiah. He was advised to go on exile in London but refused and came back.
6. He brought multi-party democratic rule in 1979 through People's Movement for Freedom and Justice(PMF).

7. He sponsored Domestic Violence Bill, the repeal of the Criminal Libel law and the National Recocilliation Commission (NRC).

8. He brought the National Reconciliation Act ( Act 611) that established NRC.

9. He trained seasoned lawyers as; Atta Kyea, Godfred Odame, Joe Gharttey(second Deputy speaker of Parliament ), SC Justice Sophia Akuffo, Afare Yeboah ( of What do you know fame), Joyce Darko, Justina Tete Donkor, Kinsley Kuntunkununku Ampofo, Frank Davies, Alex Quaynor, Brookman Amissah, Philip Addison, Neil Lutterodt, Ursula Owusu, Efua Gharttey, Akoto Ampaw, Yoni Kulendi, Kwame Akuffo etc.

10. Chairman for DHL(GH) Ltd and Kinesec Communications.

11. Chairman for US company Millicom who introduced mobile telephony into the country .
