  Ghamro has done extremely well. How many time do Dasebre spent his plenty time at Anomabo. Well, they wish for war n they've had it.

  @ Mensah, two members from GHAMRO attended the funeral, but didn't present the cheque meant for the wife n kids to the family. Most members from MUSIGA, GHAMRO, Celebrities n fans wanted to attend to give their last respects to the legend. However, they decided not to go because of the maternal side of the family's behavior. I believe they did that on purpose to teach the family a lesson. Therefore, pls don't blame the musicians, but the family from Anomabo. They caused all the drama. May Daasebre's gentle soul RIPP.

  Don't blame only the maternal side. Also consider what the paternal side did when the imams asked that he be burried according to his religious beliefs. They refused and so they are being paid in their own coin. He could have been burried and the funeral held later. In any case Dasebere was an Akan by tribe/race and in the Akan tradition the maternal side performs burial and funeral so what's the big deal about what the maternal side did. U refused to allow him to be burried according to his religious rites and so if he should be burried according to traditional rites he must be burried according to proper traditional rites and that was exactly what the maternal side did, period.

  @ Zak, u have a point. The paternal side went wrong about the burial part. I also said the same thing that they should've allowed him to be buried in the Islamic way n set up a date for the funeral. According to them, they asked the Imam since Daasebre's paternal side are royals, he wouldn't be buried the same day; and that the Imam stated that he respects the family's decision. However, a lot of people are blaming the maternal side more, because for them to drag the matter to court wasn't right at all. Why did they have to fight over the dead; a cool n a gentle like Daasebre for that matter? I've seen almost all Daasebre's interviews. He stated that his mum died when he was only 3 months old. His paternal side of family raised him. Therefore, I don't see why the maternal side should placed an injunction on the initial funeral date by the paternal side. Moreover, the maternal side should've considered the fact that the wife n the kids live in Koforidua. So if they burry him there, it would be convenient for them in case they want to visit the grave yard.
