  The part of the brain that sends a message down to the dick saying "hey wake up, see that, sexy and nice huh". That part is seriously dying. Unfortunately, this an African man is so shy and proud to open up to his doctor. He's having an erectile dysfunction "ED" and needs help. Enough blood is not flowing in his penis. This is treatable. It's very possible this guy is very high in cholesterol, overweight or obese, snores heavily and could have a sleep Apnea. He's also might not be in good shape as far as his blood pressure is concerned because all these diseases are some how related. To start dealing with it, hit the gymn or start running at least a mile in a day, eat well and that I mean a well balanced diet. Not fufuo dades3n ma. Sorry, I've got to go. To be continued

Or you are too cliffe, Is he impotent or low testroine. Or maybe he works too much. Go and see a doctor both of you. If dosen't still work then look for stinky mouth, I like it four times a day
