  All you need is a Good Story, good looking Cast Members who are Talented and a Good Wardrobe and a decent environment.
  Forget about the equipments and money.
  I know a film production Company that spent $50.000 for a film and won an Oscar in the U.S. anything goes in Ghana, you've to think outside the box to make things happen for you. I give credit to the lady, because she a very smart and savvy .
