I have seen some towns have taken it upon themselves to install strobe or flashing lights at each end of the town to alert drivers of town people.Why can't we regulate our roads more efficiently?

If you were tired your brother/driver was also equally tired since he was at all the shows and didn't get a rest and drove that long distance in the night! You could also have helped by staying awake and keeping him in snapch ...

Honestly, I don't believe Dada KD's brother was driving at the time of the accident. With no CC tv camera, it was easier to say he was not behind the wheel.
