As a Ghanaian, I will like to see Ghana do well for all of us and our children, but what baffles me is the seemingly unrestrained bragging without caution about Nana Addo as some messiah with special abilities that will enable him solve all our problems. It happened in Nigeria after Buhari was sworn-in, but the reality today is quite stressful for the Nigerian people. As for some of our journalists like Sefa Kaiser and the rest, the least said about their ignorance and self-deluding utterances, the better. On Samira, yes she is beautiful because that's how most Fulani and Hausa Fulanis are in looks. Go to Nigeria and see how beautiful the Hausa Fulanis are, and you will not be surprised about Samira's looks. As to whether the NPP will perform any better than the NDC, only time will tell. We cannot be immune to contemporary global economic order and politics of international circumstances. John Mahama has come and gone, and whether we like him or not, he has a legacy and a record that will await comparison with Nana Addo's achievements after his four year term. While I wish Ghana well, I will also like to state that words are cheap, and it is always easier said than done. The euphoria of winning elections and the joy of inauguration should now give way to the reality of governance. God bless our homeland Ghana.
