George Bush & many others have done same without giving credit to Woodrow Wilson. THE QUESTION IS WHY? ANSWER: This is because 70 years after the death of a person, anyone can quote from the dead person speeches without making reference to the origin of the quote . WOODROW WILSON DIED OVER 100 YEARS AGO.( I hope you may understand this as l am trying to say this in very simple terms). In essence, the Michael Jackson example you cite is irrelevant here. You may need to go back to school with A Plus as you suggested. You are right on one thing. We need intelligent people with high IQ to sort out this plagiarism issue. Unfortunately, you are not one of them(people with high IQ)
