This means the above stated percentage existed in the mahama administration.

Mike Oquaye has proven the suspicions of many that he is a greedy, selfish elitist who does not seem to be satisfied with modest wealth.

All along, people have been worried that the reason why the Akufo-Addo faction of the NPP was so aggressive in pushing him to run the third time for the Presidency was so they could have the opportunity to dip their hands into the State Coffers, too, to enrich themselves.

The appointment of Agyarko as the Energy Minister, and Ken Ofori Atta as Finance Minister is reported to be the early signs of pursuing that scheme.

Mike Oquaye may be trying to appease the MPs with an early higher pay to keep them quiet when his cohorts begin to chop the Oil Money, too.

Ghanaians must be extra vigilante. With Ken Ofori-Atta in charge of Finance and Agyarko in control of the Energy sector, we should expect some 'Voodoo' Accounting gimmicks to redirect our Oil proceeds into private hidden pockets of these Politicians. Ken is an expert in Data Manipulation. Agyarko knows one or two about offshore Banking from his New York Banking experience.

We must be eagle-eyed to catch any sleight of hand diversion of our State Funds.
