  It's the pull him down attitude make to look like criticism.

Managers must put psychology into bear before coming out to make such declarations. Not all the professions that you can do that and go unpunished. Eja Coo linwin and others were original even funny face

  My brother, take the critique AND IMPROVE. Anytime I watch u, its almost as if you put up the same act. The same body language, the same trying to be too funny all at once. The same trying to be "gimii prekope". Diversify your act. Incorporate some seriousness, incorporate when u should "gimii", versus when u should just say something funny and keep a straight face. when u should be cute. U don't always have to be a disgrace in all your acts. "Learnoo" learn and grow. Ghana is one country where people will praise u even if your act is mediocre. Critique would do more to help u improve than "praises". I have really given u sound advise for free.
