Why was the pic taken only 6th of January 2017 and he died 24th of that same month? Probly he knew he is getting nearer the grave and therefore took a bold step to reunite with the daughter.

I reached my 20s before I got to know the sort of man my father is. Everything I thought he was was from my mother. I ended up withdrawing from him. My parents are not divorced. I soke times wonder how much our curgent relatons hip wold be like if they were. Till date I go to my Dad to hear him out and I make an informed decision.
Fathers like mothers make mistakes. But somehow we easily forgive our mothers and rightfully so. They carried us 9 months in their wombs and so they have a deeper connection with us.
I have come to respect and love my father much more and my mother has quickly come to learn I won't just hear her out but will go to my father should she say anything to paint him black.
Like I said I don't the full story of Yvonne and her relationship with her father. I won't judge.
But to mothers out there know this. Father's play a huge role on how we as daughters are affected by our relationships with our fathers. Its affects our relationships and respect for men. It affects our treatment of our future husbands.
I am in no way saying you should stick to terrible men and fathers. I won't. But if your children father has some drop of decency in them let you children know. So there are no regrets when they pass on.
Because in the end your children will turn on you and you will never be forgiven.

However my children are not stupid, they can see my hard work and struggle to take care of them. They are intelligent human beings who can draw their own conclusions. Don't judge single mums please.
