Inas much as the human biology may indicate that anybody after puberty and even in some cases before puberty have the sexual desires, as humans we have brains and modesty that prevent us from always succumbing to our biological needs. The role of religion and churchs in predominantly Christian society is to uphold modesty and morale. So its rather a case of the pastors lecturing the youth based on the true teachings of the Bible to be human beings who are in control of their bodies other than giving them condoms and saying that its alright to sin but sin such that you don't cause diseases and unwanted pregnancies. the teachings of the Bible which pastors are suppose to uphold is eventually for the good of humanity
