I THOUGHT HE WAS GONNA SAY DUMSO GIVE GOVMNT A BREATHING SPACE BECAUSE IT'S NPP'S PRIORITY,AND THE PREVIOUS GOVMNT ADJUSDTED IT WITH A NEEDLE,TO CONSTRUCT IS MORE DIFFICULT THEN TO DESTROY, PATIANCE!
