I agree with A Plus. In the State of Nation address by our president, it wasn't any better. Someone should tell them they aren't living on a school campus. Songs, shouts, interruptions..you name them. Too embarrassing.

Not all palimentarians exhibited that act of indiscipline ! Is never the best to interrupt speeches like that by some times is necesarry to keep people awake, draw attention on issues , help people to follow what goes on!!!! ... read full comment
