Nonsense! 1. What good would this silly suggestion bring to the people of Ghana, apart from enriching a few incompetent and non-performing members of our society? 2. Do you know how much of our scarce resources are frittered on the running of a ministry on a monthly basis? 3. What would be the impact of such a huge non-yielding investment on our nation? 4. We already have too many useless ministries and civil servants in Ghana, don't come and add to the mess with your ill-advised and ill-thought out idea.
