She is an expert addressing an issue in her field, ASSESSMENTS FOR RECRUITMENT, DEVELOPMENT AND ADVANCEMENT.

She is just advising our women who want to be corporate and how the world would view them.

Even if you're condemned to the hot-sun farm or hot-sun market, her advice can still help.

When we were growing up, we were taught throughout school that STANDING AT EASE (spreading your legs slightly and PUTTING YOUR HANDS AT THE BACK) was a sign of respect.

Americans and their corporate partners throughout the world do what she is advising.

The Brits, from whom we copied STAND AT EASE, still do that posture.

We see the Queen, her Princes and Princesses, as well as her non-corporate-competing citizens, do it all the time.

But we must take Dzigbordi's advice seriously and begin the transformation from STAND AT EASE to STAND WITH CONFIDENCE, slow as it shall surely be, because today's premier business/corporate/office culture is driven by the US, not the UK.

If our girls want to advance, they must place their hands at the front or at the sides, and eschew any appearance of timidity.

Prince Charles of the UK is known as someone who speaks his mind all the time and at times against protocol. But you see him most of the time with his hands behind him. Prince Philip is very blunt with whatever he wants to say and a have a whole book on his utterances which are usually forthright and blunt.
When Southern Rhodesia (Zimbabwe) was negotiating independence from UK after the unilateral declaration of independence of Ian Smith, I keenly followed news of Rhodesia and noticed there was one of the leadership contestants who looked very shy in public and had his hands behind his back during press interviews, meetings and conferences. That leadership contestant is our own Papa Mugabe. Now tell me. Is President Mugabe is a weak leader?. I rest my case.

Some these so-called traditions are archaic in this dispensation of globalization and mobility of labor. If you remember as a kid watching tv or Ghanaian where the maid servant or watch man ( gate man) of the house stoops slightly to the madam or sir of the house has brainwashed Ghanaians. God created man in his likeness and you can be become everything you dream to be with hardwork.
