Instead of these so called celebraties coming out with a program to help prevent some of these rape cases, they are rather busy attacking the minister. How many rape casses get reported to the Court's and the victims gets Justice. Even those who gets some form of justice, how long does it take. Yes probably.

The ministers advice has been taken out of context.....Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion but there are times that the reality can never be overturned.... Its jux that people hide behind education to fool themselves but in their mind they know the truth....
Research has proven that a lot of men are attracted by what they see in regards to our female counterparts n women also are moved by what they hear....
Research is mostly a basis we use to determine various lifestyles and our way of living... And so whatever research proves in my opinion is about 90% correct...
Even though women have every right to dress the way they feel comfortable...I think wearing provocative dresses can trigger rape issues because is not all men who are disciplined....some have self control and other's don't so all the minister was trying to say was that females should try as much as possible to dress decently by not exposing certain parts of their bodies which can allow some undisciplined men to rape them
Am certain there are so many reasons which will make some men rape and I can't list them all but if what the minister said is really taken in good faith and adhered to in a way it will reduce the menace of rape to some extent in our country...
Good advice from the minister.... At times we shouldn't always be quick to condemn but we must ponder over statements and pick out the positives to impact our system...

It is not whether the minister is wrong or not. Ghanaians just like giving stupid advise that does not conform to any rules, logic or data. Sometime what we're saying may be true, but only partially, we have to start being politically correct, otherwise we become laughable. The same way someone said fufu is not safe to eat. No proof or data to back anything. Lazy attitude.
