Wonders they say will never end. A Plus, a musician has stated that he knows the nitty-gritty of finance in govt and so advises new Governor of BOG not to function like H. E. Amissah Arthur,the immediate Vice President of Ghana.

A Plus should know that finance in govt is not as simple as humming some notes and recording it and classify it as music. It involves the use of brain power far above that of a musician of his caliber.

I don't blame him; it is the advent of free speech so anyone can just open his mouth and talk about issues that he simply does not know or understand. This is simply tragic.
