  It means VGMA are for sale. Its not given to deserving applicants but the secret highest bidder. Chatter house and the entire VGMA board is a digrace to humanity, full of deliberate deception, u can chatter them like a taxi with money to your destination. I think it should be better called DECEPTION HOUSE instead of CHATTER HOUSE.
