  MY WIFE WAS TOLD TO CLIMB STEPS DO ALL SORTS OF PHYSICAL ACTIVOITES IF SHE WANTS EASY LABOUR DELIVERY DUE TO HER FATNESS, AND SURELY SURE THE BABY CAME EASY ON THAT DAY AND SHE ESCAPED SURGERY.

  I also exercised with gym bike or stepper days before my delivery, and it was easy and smooth delivery for both my 2 kids.
