wen u were in power u shd have given dem opportunity like;
graduates dat ar interested in agric shd be given tractor service free,seeds free,insecticide free n fertilizer free so DAT it will push almost 80% of de youth into agric
After harvesting de gov can get 50% from de harvest to purchased inputs fr next season leaving 50% fr farmer,de youth farmer can now use 10%fr labour n contingencies n pocket 40%.
