  BAD STRUCTURES. NO MODERNITY...
  IF U BUT SMTHING U DONT EVEN GET RECEIPT. THE MINISTRY MUST MODERNIZE THIS PLACE N MARKET IT AT THE AIRPORT N PROVIDE PAMPHLETS TO TOURIST AT THE AIRPORT ETC.. WE DONT LEARN. AND WE DONT WANT ...

AND WE DONT WANT TO IMPROVE IN ANYTHING...the traders also have to grapple with the poor state of infrastructure. The arts center is under the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts.
