What Maurice Ampaw is doing is highly unprofessional. The ethics of the legal profession don't permit him to go on air or in the media. He should also put an end to misleading the public with questionable legal propositions calculated to play to the gallery. What does he want the Christian community to do? To come out to support his client's unproven allegations? This is crazy! You don't have to be a lawyer to know the trite legal principle of presumption of innocence. Until the guilt of Gyan is proved in court, it is cowardly for Ampaw to resort to media trial. I thought Maurice Ampaw's allegations were against Gyan but not the entire Black Stars team. The question of ill luck to the entire team is absurd and clearly irrational. Please leave Gyan alone for now and meet him in court.

When players are in camp they should not be allowed to engage in indiscriminate sexual activities. That make them weak. I think that is the reason why our players are not doing well. They lack professional discipline. I think for now Asamoah Gyan should be relieved of the post as Black Star Captain and be suspended. He should go and pursue his rape case. If he wins he should be restored. I think for now he has dragged the name of Black Stars, GFA and the entire nation into disrepute. He is lousy with his utterances. He could have denied the allegations that he raped the girl. To hear the things that he said on a National Television shows that he lacks wisdom. Then, he rushed to take the case against Gyan as the complainant's attorney, promising to put Gyan behind bars after exposing Gyan as some hideous criminal. That also he failed to accomplish.

Now, what else does he want us to believe about his integrity and proficiency as an Attorney? If he couldn't prove in Court Gyan's guilt in any of the two cases, why does he think he could succeed to indict him publicly?

I think Maurice Ampaw is just jealous of Asamoah Gyan, or is angry Gyan never invited him into his circle of friends. I have read of Ampaw's tirade against Ghanaian celebrities, demeaning them as not worthy of their wealth and social status.

Meanwhile, all Ampaw does is rush to solicit for being an Attorney to entities involved in high-powered cases. And yet, he has no success record to show for. He should get off Gyan's back, or get sued by Gyan for unnecessary harassment or slander.
