Take time to listen carefully to his interviews and I bet if you don't find wisdom in his utterances, then you need help. Religion is a way of life and children must be exposed to these so that they could make an informed choice. Also to encourage torrelance and diversity one must understand what every religion offers. The fact that he is not believing in any religion in itslef is a 'religion'. He would like others to believe in his parochial philosophy. I believe he was not schooled in Ghana. Tell him every school he takes his child to there will be an iota of religion taught. School is never anout numbers and colours. Ask yourself if you had a child in school from any of the western countries that child of yours would be thought gospel songs yet such countries are developing more than us who spend most of our time praying to God for miracles instead of using our minds. I wish I could say the developers of our curriculum should take note of the concerns expressed by Wanlov and take religion out of the curriculum and replace it Ethics Education which we woefully lack. Sunday schools can teach religion but not the regular schools. Away with religion which has been a bane in our development.
