Diabetes don't kill, it's all about managing it with what you take in, excercise a lot and dont stress too much about it. Stop the use of the so many Gh herbal medicine, non of them cures it. Especially, those on radio making noise they got cure. However, herbs like someone just said on the comments can be tried. You cook yourself. Those herbalist in Gh dont know what their herbs cure, they sometimes even mix their herbs with paracetamol, ibuprofen and other orthodox medicines. They are killers in the country.
