  Why should he get a state burial?. It appears that in Ghana state burials are dished out to people for no good reason. If he was a musician of fame he got monetary rewards or otherwise from his works. Why should the state g ...

  Why should he get a state burial?. It appears that in Ghana state burials are dished out to people for no good reason. If he was a musician of fame he got monetary rewards or otherwise from his works. Why should the state give him a burial using public resources ?.
