  When we copy. We copy bladinly...we can not even copy well.....
  
  So leaning is our problem....or we are not that talented to do what orthers are doing...

  I can't help but to laugh Ghanaian and their half baked musician. the day you guys will stop competing with Naija maybe that's when your music will be appreciated. The fact is your industry doesn't have directions, your artist are all copy cat, only few are real.
  
  There is just no way Ghana can do Afrobeat thing better than Naija who own the music genre.
  Just they way your copy cat dancehall artist can't do the dancehall thing better than the Jamaicans.
  The truth is your artist abandoned the foundation pass to them by your great artist of old who do high life music, that is what Ghana can do better than any African country as long as hi-life is concern.
  
  You guys should stop copying Nigeria, Fela the originator of Afrobeat laid a good foundation for the Naija new generation artist to build on. even though this generation Naija artist are experimenting both the old and new Afrobeat to give the world a more appealing sounds to enjoy.
  
  As long as we stay true to what is ours, like the Americans and Jamaicans do. We will outshine every one on the Afrobeat thing in African and the world in general.

  Ghanaians are talented, The fact is that only few artiest can compose their songs in Pigin and English, Lots of Rubbish twi songs, ask yourself, who speak twi in Nigeria or beyond the bothers of west Africa ?

Their is no way you can compete with Nigeria in afrobeat. Even the little they have Gotton was influenced by nigeria. That's the truth whether they choose to continue to live in self delusion or not. Highlife is their Henry they abandon it but choose to see highlife in every Nigerian song forgetting that today's afro beat is an almagam of different folksongs juju sapara aweregbe urhobo Edo and Igbo folksongs including some elements of highlife fused into what is today's afrobeat by the great fela. That is what brought the originality in naija songs which led the world to crave for it. I don't know that they want to achieve by talking down on Nigeria all the time. Though the country has its problems it is still the most vibrant in technology literature industrialisation banking entertainment etc along with SA.. Some years they discovered oil they started making noise on how Nigeria has wasted its oil. Now ten years after what have they achieved. What happened to their cocoa gold etc too. The problem is many of them only have mental image of Nigeria in the 80 s. If my old teacher comes back to Akure my city now I don't think he will ba able to recognise it. Truth be told I don't think they will stop the negativity though aided by their ghanaweb. However the good thing is that it has no effect

  Ghanaians are talented, But the local languages (twi languages) in the songs and our movies cant sell anywhere beyond Ghana, Who speaks Twi beyond the bothers of Ghana ??
