Stroke is not a spiritual sickness people! Its caused by several factors including blood clots preventing the circulation of blood and possible oxygen to the brain. If the right part is rendered inactive, then the left side of the brain was affected and the other way round. Good exercise, good eating habit and regular health screen is vital for early detection. Depending on the damage cause, some are able to regain full health through rehab programs.
