Ghanaian gospel musician, Ohemaa Mercy has hailed Shatta Wale’s collaboration with Beyoncé on the song ”Already”.
Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale was selected by American singer, Beyoncé to be a collaborator for her new album the Lion King:The Gift, alongside Nigerian stars Tiwa Savage, Mr Eazi, Tekno, Yemi Alade, Burna Boy, Wizkid, Cameroonian artist Salatiel and South Africa’s Busiswa and Moonchild Sanelly.
After the 23-time Grammy Award-winning superstar announced her collaboration with Shatta Wale, many celebrities including gospel artistes like Anita Afriyie, Gifty Osei took to social media to shower praises on the dancehall artist.
Ohemaa Mercy has added to the several voices congratulating self acclaimed Dancehall king, Shatta Wale for the feat.
“I was really really happy that at least God is lifting him and I see nothing wrong with it. It’s a plus and I thank God for his life.”
Ohemaa Mercy is set to ‘bless’ Ghanaians with her music with her upcoming Tahillah Experience concert slated on the 11th of August at ICGC Calvary Temple, Spintex.
Other gospel musicians to grace the event are Elder Mireku, Ceccy Twum, Joe Mettle, Diana Antwi Hamilton and many more.
