  I presume that I was a dead goat when I went to the Blue Gate opposite the entrance of the Accra Sports Stadium in May 1991 to confront, the late Captain Kojo Tsikata over issues involving two injured workmen.
  I should have been shot dead or arrested and put away.
  Thus, you need to be a dead goat to put things right at times.
