  It was NATO that caused the Arab Spring and brought in the Islamic State as a proxy to use to recolonize Africa, because according to the Anglo Saxons Africans will be free under Islamic Sharia laws.
  It's on record that NATO countries denied Nigeria the right to buy arms to fight Boko Haram.
  So, it's only Russia that can help Africa to fight Islamic State In Africa since she does not sponsor them.
