  what nonsense is the writer of this proposal, please investigate this person and links to the company in Belgium who stand to make millions yearly at the expense of Ghanaians. Ghana is not a cash cow for criminals who want to line their pockets. Ghanaians will pay dearly. the money exporters will pay will increase their cost. where do you think they will recover the cost ? by putting it on everything they export and it is the people in Ghana who will pay for this criminals scheme.
