  Yes, Justin Kodua is a NOVICE. He lacks managerial acumen to be the GS. NPP needs to move away from the election of the GS to an appointed one by the National Council based on intelligence and demonstrated managerial skills instead of cheap popularity to win an election. Justin Kodua took NPP from 139 MPs to 87 MPs. He needs not contest for reelection.
  In the elections in the diaspora, he only relies on lies told him by his friends to formulate the guidelines. His stupid friends in the US told him that the electronic voting system is a rigging machine and without doing any verification, he demanded in-person voting. Justin Kodua is childish and not fit to lead the NPP. Many of them including that unthinking former running mate only reecho the lies they have been told by their friends. How can NAPO claim that the NPP-USA's electronic voting system is a rigging machine when he has never enquired about the mechanics of the system? He has never asked any question about the system but reechos the lies told to him. As a medical doctor, does he NAPO diagnose his patients through their narration of how they feel and how he look at them through sight or through scientific methods? But in the case of the NPP-USA's electronic voting system, the lies told to him are enough for him to make a conclusive judgement on the system. He is an apology of a medical doctor and he needs not to be repeated as the running mate. He is a washed out.

  Justin Kodua is not a good GS and he's leading NPP into the blind alley. He doesn't believe in openness. He didn't share the guidelines with the NDC to allow them to acquaint themselves with the contents before the meeting to approve same. He went to the meeting and read the contents to them. And they too blindly voted to approve it. Kodua never consulted the leadership of the external branches but only relied on his friends for the lies they told him. He must go.
