  Useless equivalence with different entry requirements, promotion requirement and market value. How in your wildest dream will you compare administrative work that most of you do poorly to academic work. Let's us think. If you think you are relevant, seek job elsewhere or resign and let's see how many of you will get jobs. Mitcheww

Your grammar is this poor, yet you are arrogantly dismissing others as unqualified. Ofui!

  I doubt this person is a lecturer. If indeed he/she is, then this write-up is an embarrassment to the lecturing profession. It is below standard and does not reflect the ethics of our work. As a lecturer, I respectfully dissociate myself from this substandard piece.
  
  We must learn to respect other professions. I also urge management of tertiary institutions to be more thorough and proactive in their recruitment processes to prevent such individuals from entering the noble teaching profession. What values would such a person impart to students? Mercy!

  Very embarrassing how some of these so called lenturers keep lowering the bar. Teach, research, do community services and look for grants for the University. They won't. They're all over doing politics and grabbing positions, leaving their core duties to Teaching Assistants. Any proper auditing will demote many of them. Plenty weeds.

The National Vice president has been in UK twice this year as government delegation. So forget. The worst is yet to come. Where are their stance on all the scandals as they used to bark then? It's a shame!
