  I really do not understand this chap. If getting rid of a car parked behind your wall presents such a huge problem for you how can you navigate the turbulent and murky waters of everyday life in Ghana? In Ghana you are basically on your own. Calling the Police will without any doubt mean that you will have to unofficially part with your entire monthly pay without any solutions forthcoming until you find out that you have created another problem for yourself.
  
  Adopt a DIY attitude if the problem persists and dispose of the car. Perhaps a little beer bottle of kerosene and a 10p box of matches, surreptitiously applied, might do wonders. This advice is free and comes without any hidden charges.

  This is the wrong place to look for the owner of this vehicle. You could have called one of the thousand radio stations to do this for you or you have too much time on your hands.

  Once there is every indication that the said car parked behind your house is a jumping board to your house by strangers, there is no need to beat around it as it must be well a testing board for would be criminals to get access to your house.
  
  In such situation time is the key factor for your own good and for the security to avoid any disastrous security blunders.
  
  No need for grace period, or putting anything here on the Ghanaweb site, and do not be stupid waiting. Call in the police immediately to investigate why an unknown has chosen to park his or her car behind your house. Who knows the said car might even be a stolen one.

  If the car is a launch-pad for climbing over the wall from the outside, then what happens when they are in the compound? It appears your wall is not high enough otherwise they will not be able to climb out again or do they use your parked car inside your compound to exit the compound? You should increase the height of the wall or get barbed wire etc for the wall etc. The car owner is not infringing on any of your 'rights' so s/he owes you no favours.
