  excellent considering the level of incompetence and lack of timely action by the ministers this will actually determine whether the ministers actually can contribute something or not instead of having the civil service covering for them all the time . projects that have been lying around for decades just because hopeless unprepared ministers with no vision are overwhelmed by the ideas they see and can only think in micro economic terms and corruption instead of the broad vision, beneficial impact and macro economics . in the future less people will be so aggressive in seeking these appointments when they know in their hearts that learning on the job is one of the worst options as most after 4 years still remain incompetent , impotent and passionless dead fish. the spirit of the cpp is back

  Fact is every Southern tribe including Ewes, GAS, FAntes, Wassa, Ekumfi, Akyems, Brongs etc etc etc all have traditional belief that NORTHERNERS are uncivilised. IT is not only Ashantis who think like that. The evil propaganda which has made Ashantis the only tribe which thinks like that is false and must stop.
