THIS IS WHAT ASHANTI NPP AND ASANTEHENE MUST BE FIGHTING TO ERADICATE INSTEAD OF PRIMITIVELY LITIGATING.Residents of Kona, in the Sekyere South District of the Ashanti Region, face a health risk as family of a deceased woman refuse to bury her corpse and leave it to decompose.

Relatives believe they could pay a spiritual price if they bury the body without approval from a fetish priest, who assigns spiritual reasons to the death.

Forty-five (45) year old Afua Adomah died five days ago, and her body has been left to decompose in a six-bedroom house, near the local police station.

Family members will not touch the body out of fear until rituals are performed to pacify the gods.

A river deity at Bipoa near the district capital, Agona, is believed to have struck the deceased about five months after her brother, Kofi Agyemang, consulted the oracle to establish the reason for his supposed financial problems.

Fetish priest, Yaw Gyasi’s gods are demanding Ghc 4,000 to perform rituals.

Not even an order from the Agona District Police Command could compel the family to bury their dead relative.

Residents in the town have been forced to endure the smell from the almost decomposing body, with an army of flies visiting the house.

A few daring ones entered the house in which she lay, to catch a glimpse of the remains of a mother of three lying on her side.

An aunt of the deceased, Afua Fofie, tells Nhyira News there is nothing the family could do under such circumstance.

The body had not been attended to as at 8 p.m Monday, with no sign of when it would be buried.

Meanwhile, Nana Gyasi later slaughtered two fowls at his shrine at Bipoa to pacify the gods, and to pave way for the burial. Even then, the presence of the gods had to be sought.

The gods agreed to the family’s request to perform the burial service and come later to settle the fee or face further catastrophe.

Later in an interview, Nana Gyasi blamed the family for all the inconveniences.

So you have to consult some 'superior whites legal minds' before you can come face to face with the 'superior black' legal team of the ndc headed by Tsastu Tsikata, yet your case was still 'bogused' by the supreme court.

Not even a class-1 chap will go so low as Addofo Rockstone to consult 'superior whites' before interpreting our constitution which is not written by his so called 'superior whites'......hahahahaha inferiority complex paaaaaaaa nie???

The majority of Ghanaians have accepted the results including all the chiefs from all over Ghana as represented by the various regional houses of chiefs. They have all congratulated the president and pledged their support. There is no dispute at all in Ghana as the NPP supporters want it to look like.The givernment machinery is running and will continue to run until their frivolous case is deservedly thrown out by the supreme court. Nana Addo's dreams of becoming the president of Ghana are over. And it time the NPP supporters come to terms with this reality. If even the supreme court rules in his favour (0.00001 probability)we the majority of Ghanaians who voted against him will NOT accept him as president. WAR WILL BE THE FINAL SOLUTION AND I ASSURE NANA THAT HE WILL BE THE FIRST CASUALTY.

Take it or leave and believe me ; the points raised by Adofo are the correct objective legal points; the evidence as Adofo points out should be placed in bundles and placed in the custody of the courts or alternatively this can be done with the exchange of bundles two days before the subtantive hearing at the SC; as far as I am aware Adofo is not a lawyer but works with some of the best legal brains in England and therefore in a postion advise on the issuec raised on trust between the NDC ; EC and NPP; the issue as raised by Adofo has merits because most lawyers in Ghana are legal thinkers ; they are chew pur pass and forget lawyers who sometimes make silly mistakes before judges in Ghana; perhaps my only conerns are that Adofo qualified his piece by referring to these lawyer frineds as white Lawyers; because it does not matter whether you are white or black the law is the law.

I am yet to see objective evidence on a polling station by polling station basis which add up to the total figures mentioned. We can only confirm so far that NPP evidence is subjective and qualitative and not objective as long as there are no back up schedules.
There should be no fear on the part of the EC meddling with the evidence if NPP has its original copies of the "pink sheets"
