He arranged 100 students to study OIL and GAs in Norway. All the students are fro one geographic area.
Secondly he arranged 250 ghana students to study Medicine in Cuba. Only 4 Ashantis were in the group. All the other representation for Ashanti region were the Mumunis, Hawas, Idrrisus, Muhamadus, Nukwapors, Ametepeys, Senas, Togbesus living in Ashantis.
