NPP TRANFORMED GHANA TO A MIDDLE INCOME ECONOMY WITH LIMITED RESOURCES BUT GOOD POLICIES. NDC IS WOEFULLY REVERSING THESE NPP ACHIEVEMENTS. GHANA'S CURRENT SITUATION IS VERY DISTURBING. WHEN THE HISTORY IS TOLD, IT WILL BE SAID THAT GHANAIANS WERE OFFERED FREE SECONDARY EDUCATION, IMPROVED UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE, SOCIAL HOUSING FOR THE POOR AND AN EGALITARIAN SOCIETY BUT 50% SAID NO THANK YOU. Ghana has a president in the name of John Mahama recognized by the International Community.Nana Addo lost the elections and his petition has no International support anywhere.For your information,the 3 petitioners have failed to comply with Supreme Court's order to provide better particulars to the respondents.On the basis of Non compliance,the President has prayed for the court to dismiss the petition quickly because it has no merit.I can assure you that very soon Supreme Court will throw the petitions out on the basis of Non compliance,that's International Law.Please stop insulting and attacking the court like you did to the EC.Thank you.

Supreme Court has ordered Nana Adoo and co to provide better particulars to the respondents.According to Prez Mahama,the petitioners have failed to comply with the court's order.This simply means that Nana Addo has not given the President any better particulars as ordered by the court.If it is true what the President is saying then the court could easily dismiss the petitions on basis of Non compliance.Nobody can defies Supreme Court's orders,that's my point.Thank you.

What sort of time frame did the petitioners expect when they decided to send such unnecessary and unprocessed raw evidence to the court.The supreme court justices are not Magicians. How many witnesses will be called. The petitioners really intend this case to go on for years to meet their own agenda. Ghana will not die. It shows clearly that if the ruling does not go in his favor, then the justices may not be competent. I happen to be on the same political side like him but l wonder which Supreme court justice will not include common sense in dealing with the issue so as not to set a preceedence for any future agrieved loser including Ayariga to over turn the democratic process in their favor. Ghana,s election is like video scenes if you loose guard, it will pass under your ampit. I hope our people will learn from their mistakes and focus on 2016. Going to much into this issue will derail us from the track.

This proves the wisdom in the saying that:

"A child can boast of having more knowledge than the elderly, but cannot boast of having many rags..".

Why?

Because the elderly or the old man has lived for a longer time on this Earth and has used more clothes.

I have been repeatedly commenting here, on Ghanaweb, that, the drafters of the Ghana Constitution was able;

To see the problem but NOT the solution.

They did not see the solution because if they had seen it , they would have drawn the elections date earlier to either the Month of October or November, foward enough, just like The United States Of America, to make room for any such grievances to be resolved, even before the President-Elect is sworn -in, but unfortunately, this was not overlooked in The Ghana Constitution, and this is causing a lot of confusio, distractions and frustrations to the President.

The fault is not from the Supreme Court but rather from the Constitution.

It is now very rational for this Constitution to be amended immediately the dust at the Supreme Court and The Constitution itself is settled.

However,I admonish and exhort The Justices at the Supreme Court to expedite their ruling, so that Ghanaians can go on with their daily struggles in peace and not in pieces.
