Sorry Lomotey, Perpetual Motion Generator, is simply wind generators, used in Wind Power turbines or generators.
These wind generators use permanent magnets, that move around coiled copper wires, to generate electricity.

They are called Perpetual Motion, because they are always moving, so as to generate electricity.
Can we build loud speakers in Ghana? If we can build speakers, then we can build these permanent generators.
Example of these generators are bicycle dynamos, and car alternators.

I dont see why we must be facing such serious electricity problem, when we have so much abundant sunshine, high mountains and hills with wind velocity of 40 MPH and with coastlines with with waves that can generate enough power for all the regions that border the sea coast.
I am talking about Solar, Wind and Wave power generation.
Solar panels are now cheap. For about $100, we can power one street light for 30 years or more.
We can build wind power turbines or generators locally. the know-how is there. It is not beyond us to build it. It is no more Rocket Science.
Even with rocket science, the knowledge is readily available.
Brother Joe, the Ghanaian authorities want to create opportunities where there can steal money or monies, and divert funds into their personal accounts elsewhere.
Simply said, Wind Generators can be easily built in Ghana locally. We can build the generator motors with permanent magnets and the coiled wiring, with local parts.
How were other countries able to do it? They dreamed it up and built it.
Let us also dream such things up and build them.
We dont have to wait for Mana from heaven. Mana no longer falls from heaven.
