  Thank you for your comment, I think you are capable of expressing yourself very well and thus you dont need to insult to make a point. At least this author is on his sick bed, the least you can offer is to cheer him up.

  You must be confused from that medication. The is no similarity with tainted vote court in your fictional CBS programme to a real case of someone( I believe delusional like you from wee smoking) wanting to president by selectively asking for certain votes to annulled. I said selectively because every problem argue by NPP can be found in several pink sheet at polling station that NPP won only they don't want that one annulled

Nana oben might still be recovering from his surgeries !Since the court started hearing,have you heard of a single example of overvoting ? was it not about a catalogue of administrative errors committed by officials of the ec ?Was there any official complaint of excess voting from a single pooling station by any agent, as in the case in which the author is talking about?

  The only similarity to the ongoing election case is that some unscruplous NPP sympathisers at the EC, yes you heard me, some unprofessional NPP backers working at the EC deliberately could 'contaminate' the ballots from NDC strongholds so that they could be annulled,which is what Dr Pink sheet is trying to do in court. But God forbid, it would fall flat.

DID YOU NOTICE THE POWERFUL COUNTRIES WHICH QUICKLY DECLARED THE ELECTIONS FREE AND FAIR AND ENDORSED THE OUTCOME WHILST THE MAIN OPPOSITION WAS ALLEGING VOTE-RIGGING? THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE IN THEIR OWN COUNTRIES AND IN OTHER DEVELOPED COUNTRIES. IN FACT SUCH INTERNAL MEDDLING WEAKENS OUR ONWARD MARCH TO TRUE DEMOCRACY AND SELF-RELIANCE. WELL, MAYBE BECAUSE THESE COUNTRIES DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DERAIL THEIR INVESTMENTS AND INTERESTS? AND DO YOU AGREE THAT GHANA, LIKE SOME OTHER AFRICAN COUNTRIES, TO SOME EXTENT, DO NOT DECIDE ON THEIR OWN?
  WITH ELECTIONS IN MOST PARTS OF AFRICA, WESTERN COUNTRIES ARE INVITED TO "ENDORSE" A WINNER. THE VOTERS TURN OUT TO BE MERE PUPPETS. SO IF AFARI-GYAN IS SHOWING OFF IN THE FACE OF PROOFS OF VOTER ERRORS, IT IS BECAUSE HE KNOWS THEY HAVE THE SUPPORT OF POWERFUL COUNTRIES. SADLY, THE LIKES OF HIM DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE. AS TO WHETHER THE ALLEGED ERRORS WERE ENOUGH TO CHANGE THE OUTCOME, WE CAN KNOW ONLY THROUGH A MORE RIGOROUS CHECK - SOMETHING THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN.
  THE CONSTITUTION OF GHANA LACKS WISDOM FOR ALLOWING A DECLARED WINNER TO BE SWORN IN EVEN IN THE FACE OF ALLEGED VOTE-RIGGING AND PENDING COURT CASE CHALLENGING THE RESULT. ONCE SOMEONE TAKES POWER, EVEN IF THE ALLEGATION AGAINST HIM IS TRUE, IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT, IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE, TO UNSEAT HIM IN A COUNTRY LIKE GHANA.
  I DOUBT IF WHAT IS GOING ON NOW WILL CHANGE ANYTHING. BUT IT IS AN EXERCISE FOR THE FUTURE, MORE CERTAINLY FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS.
