Is Buem a tribe? I know one thing though, Buem is in Volta Region but the citizens of Buem are not Ewes.

Why didn't you say you would have pursued him even if he was an Ewe? You can't bring yourself to say that because you know you would be lying as an Ewe will not criticize an Ewe.

Tribalism is eating too deep into our society because you are doing a fine job contributing mightly to it. Why are you so upset? Don't you fools feel ashamed pushing a sick old man who doesn't even know where he is in court instead of seeking medical help for him?

What I hate about the whole case is where some of our NPP advocates view anything coming from an Ewe as an attack on the Akan tribe, its even no longer seen by them as a political attack but purely a tribal attack. At this point one is been tempted to ask if our political parties are tribal groupings disguised as political parties?

Why should it be so? Is it because one Awoonor wrote an article saying something silly a while ago or is it because of the events of the Rawlings revolution? If that is even the case can we say Rawlings, Awoonor, or even kpegah represents all Ewes?

You wrote a nice article today and did a perfect job by placing the attack where it properly belongs. Akadu on the other hand did what was expected of him, attacking all Ewes in revenge for Kpegah suit as has always been his style.

If most NPP people choose to attack anything Ewe, and Ewes also on the hand choose to avoid anything NPP because they are clearly not welcomed can we still blame them and label them as inward looking? is there any fool out there that will say thank you after slapping him?

I dont think any such person exist and as long as we cannot attack people as individuals but rather attack everything relating to them out democracy will be a mockery.

For instance in my view the NPP had a far better chances of winning the 2012 election, the NPP would have taken the advantage of disunity in NDC and create room for disgruntled NDC members to fill into, instead scared people away by doing politics of insults, intimidation and chaos. The majority of the votes concluded that Nana was not committed to peace and that decided to vote against him. Now he is in court fooling himself.

Those who are suppose to educate or enlighten the illiterates and the local people. The local and unlearned people are the ones who are complainind=g about the tribalism and insults in Ghana politics. One woman said even some of the things the politicians say i am ashamed to repeat even though i only completed elementary school. When u go to the market u see Gas, Ashantis, Dagomba and etc having fun and sharing their resources. Why can't our leaders and would-be leaders do same?
